The City of Taylor offers the following online services:

• View, manage, and pay Utility Billing accounts online ***For disconnected accounts, see note below.
• View and pay Municipal Court citations online.
• Make a Donation to the City of Taylor for the Animal Shelter, Library, Parks, or Public Arts.

Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

The City charges a $4.50 credit card processing fee and $1.25 site fee per transaction. 

Utility Billing

Utility bills can be paid by mail, online, by phone or at City Hall using the drop box, drive-thru or in-person counter.

*If your services have been disconnected due to non-payment, you MUST contact the Utility Billing department at 512-352-2066 to restore your services.

Municipal Court

To make an online request for driver's safety, select the EXPLORE OPTIONS when looking up your citation. Have your driver's license and current insurance ready to upload. 
 
Online payments are not to be used for plea bargains or deferred orders. If you pay the total amount and close your case, a refund will not be issued. You are waiving your right to dispute this online transaction.

If any portion of the fine and costs is paid on the 31st day after the date of judgment, the defendant shall pay an additional $15.00 per violation as required pursuant to Sec. 51.921, Government Code
